Thames Edge Management Ltd
Thames Edge Management Ltd (TEML) was established as a Residents Management Company to represent all the owners at Thames Edge Court, a development of apartments and commercial units trading as restaurants on the riverside by Staines Bridge.
Its main purpose is to work with the Managing Agents to ensure the smooth running of the development and keep control over spend, budgets and overall accountability.
The development was built 20 years ago on the site of the old ABC Cinema and has a commanding view over the river and a picturesque courtyard with steps leading down to the river and tow path where boats can often be seen mooring.
